The use of this website and other linked Château de Faulx Group (CDFG) websites (hereinafter referred to as the "CDFG Website") implies your unconditional acceptance of all of these terms and conditions ( hereinafter the "General Conditions"). If you do not agree to one or more of the clauses of the Terms and Conditions, please do not use the CDFG Website.

The use of the CDFG Website and any information that you obtain directly or indirectly through the CDFG Website and the communication through the CDFG Website of any confidential information or not, falls under your own risk and is your sole responsibility and full responsibility.

If all or part of a clause of the General Conditions is considered invalid or non-executable, it will be deemed unwritten and the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions will remain fully valid and enforceable.

Abstention or delay in exercising a right arising from these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of such right. The abstention or the partial exercise of a right will not prevent the subsequent exercise of this right or any other right deriving from the General Conditions.

The General Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law. Any dispute in connection with the General Conditions is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namur.
