Château de Faulx Groupement (CDFG ) et les sociétés qui s’y rapportent respectent la législation belge et européenne en matière de protection des données personnelles et de la vie privée.

1. Collect and data use

Most of the information is available on or through the CDFG website without the obligation to provide personal data. In this case, CDFG does not collect personal data.

 

However, CDFG may record certain information for statistical or administrative purposes in order to improve the CDFG website, without this information revealing personal data or identifying individual visitors.

Our privacy policy details how your personal data is collected and for what purposes we use it.

 

In some cases, you may be required to provide personal information. The personal information provided in this context will be stored in the CDFG databases.

By your reply, you authorize CDFG to collect, register and use your personal data. The data thus collected may be transmitted to other companies of the CDFG group.

3. Data responsibility and sharing rights

DEMLOC Sprl, Chaussée de Gramptinne 44 with Company Number 0441.166.490 is the legal entity responsible for the processing of your personal data. This personal data may be shared with other companies ofChâteau de Faulx Groupement.

4. Privacy statement for future residents and patients

The personal data of prospective clients, residents and patients (for our healthcare facilities) collected are: name, first name, address, email address, telephone number, national registry number, contact person and limited health data.

These data are processed in order to manage the request for moving into one of our residences. We may receive this information directly from the client or resident / patient candidate or through external care providers, for example hospitals where the resident / patient candidate has stayed.

These data are kept 6 months after the last contact with the patient / resident candidate.

We collect the following personal data: last name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, various fields to allow the organization of an appointment or a guided tour of one of our facilities as a result of your request.

We also collect the necessary data to process your questions or comments. This personal data is kept for 6 months.

We process the data, including your contact information that you provided us with these forms, only to respond to your requests.

We specify in each of our forms the data that you must provide us so that we can process your request. You are therefore free to share certain information or not with us if they are not indicated as mandatory.

7. Privacy Statement for someone applies to a job

The personal data of each candidate for a job are collected in order to answer his application and to allow the candidate to access the offers of other positions within our group. We keep this information in our database until six months after the end of the application process.

 

The following data are processed as part of this procedure: contact details (name, address, telephone or GSM number, e-mail address), overview of the professional career, overview of training, specific information about the vacancy and others important information provided by the candidate.

 

These data are used by CDFG to communicate with the candidate and ensure the smooth running of the recruitment process.

 

Within CDFG, only people who need this information in the recruitment process have access to the personal data collected.

 

In addition to data received directly from applicants by CDFG, other data may also be obtained from third parties such as temporary work agencies, selection offices or any publicly available data source.

8. Privacy Statement for volunteers

CDFG records and collects in particular the following data from the volunteers: surname, first name, address, e-mail, date of birth, telephone number, financial data, badge data. ..

 

We may also collect other data such as photographs or other reproductions related to the activities in our business.

 

Within the legal limits, we sometimes have to collect sensitive data necessary in the framework of the collaboration (for example, a certificate of good life and morals).

 

Information / communications can be sent via e-mail, SMS, etc.

 

This data is essential for the institution to contact the volunteer and communicate with him in a legal and efficient manner.

 

The institution enters into a volunteer agreement with each volunteer.

 

These data can be shared with different people or institutions: the Authority responsible for the registration of quality indicators, the insurance companies, the social secretariat, the members of the HR department, the directors of the company and the group to which it belongs (in Belgium or abroad), external consultants or advisers.

 

CDFG will retain this information until the expiration of the limitation period for any complaint directly related to your Volunteer Agreement.

9. Technical and organizational measures 

In accordance with data protection legislation, CDFG takes all the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data.

 

These measures concern both personal data stored in paper format and personal data collected and processed electronically.

 

Our external service providers also have a legal and contractual obligation to take all the technical and organizational measures necessary to protect personal data against loss or unauthorized processing.

10. Your rights

The European Parliament (via its General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)) as well as Belgian law grant specific rights to individuals.

 

For each collection of your personal data, you can exercise the following rights:

 

  • Right of access to data: you have the right to request a copy of your personal data kept and processed by the company;

  • Right of rectification (modification): You have the right to require the modification of your data if they prove to be incorrect;

  • Right to oppose treatment: for example, you can always ask us to stop sending you marketing information;

  • Right of withdrawal: You have the right to terminate a previously granted treatment authorization;

  • Right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (DPA): You have the right to file a complaint with the DPA if you feel that your personal data are not properly processed by the company.

 

You may also exercise the following rights with limited application depending on the legal basis of data processing and legal retention periods:

 

  • Right to erase your data: you can require the company to completely delete your personal data;

  • Right to limit the processing of your data: you may require the company to limit the processing of your personal data;

  • Data transfer right: You have the right to request a copy of your personal data in a structured format that can be read by a computer, or in any other standard format so that it can be read by the data controller.

Our organization will answer you within a minimum of one month after receiving your request.

If we can not meet this deadline or if we refuse your request, we will contact you with the necessary explanations.

11. Privacy Policy changes

CDFG reserves the right to unilaterally modify its privacy policy at any time.

 

The text published on the CDFG website is still the most recent version.

 

Any changes to the Privacy Policy will take effect as soon as the revised Privacy Policy is posted on the website. Your use of the CDFG Services implies that you unconditionally accept the revised privacy policy.
